When I first met Michael Ellis I did like him. The more I told him more about my family's story and what did happen to my child he and the 'quality assurance' representative did listen with fear. I did submit to the MP a copy of my then request to the former Director Paul Burnett for 'placement with parent' during my first visit to his surgery.
Michael is the same age as my late brother if he was alive. Both born in October only six days apart.
